Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional for part-time overnight coverage (Sun 11p-9a) in Gardner, MA. This role offers paid training, a pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour, and a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff or $500 for part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be as active as possible in their lives.
• Assist with daily living activities: household tasks, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, etc.
• Support attendance at medical appointments, banking, community activities, and outings; follow Behavior/Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines.
