Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required; experience with vulnerable populations
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities
• Medication administration training when required (post-hire)
• First Aid/CPR training (post-hire)
• Mental Health Certification or related certification may be required (post-hire)
• Background Study (BGS) clearance required
• Driver's license required; clean MVR
• Computer skills and ability to read/write
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to recognize boundaries and implement service strategies
• Computer skills supporting LSS technology
