Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSP I) to provide one-on-one support to children with special healthcare needs through our PASS program. This role focuses on helping children build independence, life skills, and participate in homes and communities.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized PASS plans that promote safety, daily living skills, and meaningful community involvement.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassionate approach to care.
• Excellent communication with families and team members.
• Reliable and professional in home-based settings.
• Ability to support social skills and independence in children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and supervision based on the PASS plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Document progress and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Transport individuals to approved activities and appointments as needed.
