Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Help with household tasks, meal prep, budgeting, and community activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments using agency or personal vehicles.
• Administer medications per residential guidelines and document accurately.
