Job summary

Kratos Space Training & Cyber seeks a DSP/FPGA Engineer to design, simulate, implement, and test DSP functions within FPGA firmware and embedded software for RF-to-digital signal conversion.

You will document requirements, prototype, test, and automate processes while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams of FPGA, embedded software, and hardware engineers to deliver resilient aerospace ground systems.

Qualifications

• DSP and signal processing experience (Matlab or Python/NumPy/SciPy).
• FPGA development using VHDL/Verilog (AMD-Xilinx/Altera).
• U.S. Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, implement, and test DSP functions in FPGA firmware and embedded software.
• Prepare design documentation and perform requirements analysis.
• Prototype, test, and automate processes.
• Collaborate with FPGA, embedded, and hardware teams on RF-to-digital signal conversion.
