Job summary

The Verland Foundation Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float to provide individualized care for residents with complex needs. This is an hourly, non-exempt role requiring regional coverage and three weekend shifts per month.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, transportation, hygiene, and record progress while supporting treatment plans across multiple Verland sites in the South Hills, Moon Township, and Uniontown areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screening.
• Experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Enrich and support residents with individualized care.
• Assist with meals, personal hygiene, and housekeeping tasks.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities using Verland vehicles.
• Record observations and progress notes; participate in activity planning.
• Support with daily living skills and follow treatment plans.
