Qualifications

• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.

• A genuine passion for helping others with willingness to learn and grow.
• At least 21 years of age with reliable transportation, a CA driver's license, and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, hands-on support to individuals with I/DD in daily living, personal care, and community activities.
• Mentor and advocate, helping each person work toward goals such as communication, independence, and social connections.
• Accompany clients at community outings, recreational activities, and medical appointments, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Encourage positive peer interactions and help clients build healthy relationships.
• Follow individual support plans and communicate observations to the team, ensuring high-quality support.
