Job summary

Modern Support Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD across LA and Orange Counties in California. You will mentor, guide, and advocate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time shifts, weekend availability, and competitive pay. In-person roles with opportunities for growth and supportive leadership are available.

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous experience in human services is a plus.
• If you know American Sign Language, let us know; ASL knowledge is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Mentor, teach, guide, and advocate for clients.
• Assist with community access, personal care, medical appointments, peer interactions, and recreational activities.
