Help at Home is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, one‑on‑one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, encourage social participation, and help clients achieve personal goals while promoting independence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and required training completed prior to start.
At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, grooming and transportation.
Encourage participation in social activities and community events.
Help individuals achieve personal goals and promote independence and self‑advocacy.
Document care, activities and progress accurately and communicate with the care team.
