Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with IDD in Williamsport and surrounding areas. You will help individuals live more independently, participate in their communities, and build meaningful life skills.

Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered. We provide paid onboarding and training, with career growth opportunities and a 1,000 signing bonus for 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to support personal-care needs when needed.
• No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Builds positive, supportive relationships with individuals.
• Assists with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Supports individuals in community activities, employment, and social engagement.
• Encourages independence and helps individuals learn new skills.
• Assists with communication and use of adaptive tools.
• Promotes health, safety, and emotional well-being.
• Communicates with families, team members, and support professionals.
• Completes documentation and maintains schedules.
• Participates in ongoing training and development.
