Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Franklin, NC. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with current insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to help individuals build independence and confidence.
• Assist with daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, household tasks).
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
• Monitor health and safety in a supportive environment.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
