RHA Health Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in New Jersey to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as mental health and substance use challenges. You will help people engage in communities, advocate for rights, and promote independence through person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre-employment screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to promote independence while providing support.
