Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the Neo 52nd program (1st/2nd shift) in Kentwood, MI. This on-site, full-time role on a 36-hour schedule offers opportunities to assist individuals with daily living, community activities, and skill development, helping clients build independence within their community.

The DSP will support daily living tasks and medications, promote safety, and foster trusting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• Provide person-centered, compassionate care.
