Hope Network is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional for Neo 52nd on 1st/2nd shift, 36 hours, in Kentwood, MI. You will help individuals build independence and participate in daily living, community activities, and skill development—creating meaningful comebacks every day.

As a DSP, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered support, partner with teams to ensure safety and growth, and help individuals thrive within their community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
