Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities. DSPs must be caring, compassionate and dependable team members, able to support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication and to think and act proactively.

Flexible schedule with days, evenings and weekends. Starting pay rate: $17-24/hr, with career advancement opportunities in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
