Kindly Direct Care in the United States is seeking Direct Support Professionals who are caring, compassionate and dependable to assist individuals with developmental disabilities. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $24 per hour, with flexible hours including day time, evenings and weekends.

DSPs must be willing to support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication, think proactively and act to keep clients safe and engaged.

Qualifications

Staff need to be open-minded and come with a positive attitude
Must be 18 years old or older
Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
Must have valid driving record
Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
