Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals who are caring, compassionate and dependable to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

DSPs must be willing to support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication and must think and act proactively. Flexible hours and career advancement opportunities available with starting pay of $17–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be person-centered minded.
• Staff need to be open-minded and come with a positive attitude.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driving record.
• Must be willing to have a background check.
• Must be willing to take a drug screening.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with Developmental Disabilities in daily activities and routine tasks.
• Assist with personal care, community participation, and daily living skills as needed.
