Kindly Direct Care is actively seeking Direct Support Professionals in New Jersey to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities. The role emphasizes compassionate, dependable care and flexible hours with pay ranging from $18 to $24 per hour.

The DSP will support clients in daily activities, adapt to nontraditional communication, and follow individualized care plans. Applicants must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have a valid driving record, and be authorized to work in

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities with daily activities.
• Support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication; adapt as needed.
• Follow care plans and document changes for supervisors.
