Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals who are caring, compassionate, and dependable to assist adults with developmental disabilities in a flexible, hourly position. DSPs should be able to support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication and think proactively.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $24 per hour, with opportunities for career advancement. Applicants must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and willing to undergo background checks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and drug screen required.
