Regular Salary: $20.49 per hour Mon-Fri and $21.49 per hour for shifts beginning 11PM Friday to 11PM Sunday. Non‑work time will be paid at the base rate.
About the Role: The Direct Support Professional/Residential Counselor (DSP) works in our group homes to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Full time. 40 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday 11pm-9am.
All offers of employment are contingent on successful background checks, DMV check, fingerprinting, pre‑employment physical, and drug test. All staff attend monthly staff meetings; waivers are available for conflicts due to secondary employment or school with documentation.
