AbleLight in Lake Forest, CA is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and pursue personal goals. You will build trusting relationships, provide companionship, support daily living activities, and help participants engage in community life.

We value a positive, outgoing team player who communicates well, is dependable, and can work both independently and with others.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build trust and connect with others in daily interactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Dependable and professional attitude is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is needed.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
