Job summary

AbleLight is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and achieve personal goals.

You will build relationships, provide companionship, and support daily living activities in the home and community, with a focus on growth and meaningful engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Positive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional and dependable attitude.
