Job summary

AbleLight is seeking energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and pursue personal goals. You will build trust, create meaningful connections, and inspire others through daily living support and community participation.

As a DSP, you will foster independence, provide companionship, mentorship, and advocacy, and work with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Positive, outgoing personality and strong communication.
