Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with hourly pay ranging from $21.40 to $30.00. In-person work is required. Training provided through the College of Direct Support, and benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider).
• Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances.
• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is strongly preferred.

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.

About Us:

Alay Home Care is a DDD Provider established in 2018. Since opening, we have serviced over 500 consumers throughout New Jersey. We’re devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community settings. Our team has been in the home care industry for over 25 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.

Pay: $21.40 - $30.00 per hour
