Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey.

Starting pay is $21.40 per hour. The role requires CPR/First Aid certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Training provided in College of Direct Support and local opportunities for growth.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Developmental Disabilities

Starting Pay: $21.40

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.
