Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and a higher quality of life.

You will provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and help with community integration, daily living activities, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving, healthcare, or DSP experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in community integration and social activities.
