Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.

Starting pay is $21.40 per hour with competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave. This is an in-person, site-based role requiring a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license.
