Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. This in-person role offers the opportunity to support clients in their daily lives and help them participate in community activities.

Starting pay ranges from $21.40 to $30.00 per hour, with competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off and sick leave.

Starting Pay: $21.40 - $30.00

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.
