Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey.

Starting pay is $21.40 per hour. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license. Training provided via College of Direct Support and on-the-job mentorship.

Starting Pay: $21.40

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.
