Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care and behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities across the state. This in-person role emphasizes compassion, safety, and reliability.

You will assist with activities of daily living, enable community integration, provide mentorship, manage medications as needed, and transport clients to activities, with ongoing training provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Developmental Disabilities

Starting Pay: $21.40

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.
