Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.

Responsibilities include direct care, ADLs, behavioral support, medication administration, and transportation to activities, with in-person work location. Starting pay is $21.40 per hour, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Developmental Disabilities

Starting Pay: $21.40

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.
