Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking DSPs / Community Support Workers in Erie County, PA to provide 1:1 in-home and community support for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Shifts are predominantly daytime, Monday–Friday, with part-time options and mileage reimbursement. Training is provided, including a one-day orientation, to help you succeed in your role.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to community activities

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks and routines.
• Support clients in home and community activities to promote independence.
• Participate in community integration activities to foster socialization.
