BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join the team in and around Williamsport, PA. DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings to help individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Position highlights include part-time roles with potential for additional hours and full-time availability, and flexible openings across day, evening, and weekend shifts. Competitive pay starts at $17+/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities/special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
