Job summary

Nbhh is seeking a Wyoming-certified CNA to provide compassionate direct patient care in a long-term care setting. The role works under RN/LPN supervision in a PRN/per diem pool, delivering essential ADL support and safety-focused services.

The CNA will document care per the plan, monitor residents, report changes promptly, and cooperate with all staff to maintain confidentiality and safety across shifts. This position emphasizes flexibility and teamwork in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Wyoming CNA certification is required.
• Experience with resident ADLs and care planning is preferred.
• Ability to work with RN/LPN supervision and in a PRN/per diem schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care for ADLs.
• Document all direct resident care as per care plan.
• Follow scheduled resident care days.
• Observe and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Know and use equipment and supplies correctly.
• Work cooperatively with all co-workers.
• Accept assignment across shifts/areas.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including unpleasant conditions.
