Qualifications

• 1-3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Human Services)
• CNA Certification obtained within twelve (12) months of hire
• Associate's degree (typically in healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Accompany residents on outings and social events.
• Advocate for residents' needs and goals with the care team.
• Participate in care planning, meetings, and progress tracking.
• Maintain safety plans and monitor residents during activities.
