Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin in Jefferson, WI is seeking DSPs and Caregivers/C.N.A. to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Jefferson programs. Responsibilities include teaching recreational activities, daily living support, personal care, and aiding community integration.

Paid training is provided; upon completion you become CBRF-certified. Sleep-in positions offer daily pay options and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check.
• Available to attend paid training in Jefferson, WI.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Transport clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area).
• Complete and maintain accurate reports; maintain a clean and safe environment.
