Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin in Jefferson, WI is seeking DSPs and Caregivers to provide personal care and support daily living activities for adults with developmental disabilities in Jefferson programs.

You will plan recreational activities, assist with community integration, and transport clients in the surrounding area; training is offered, leading to CBRF certification. We offer Daily Pay, generous PTO, holidays, health benefits, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to submit to a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check.
• Available to attend paid training in Jefferson, WI.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Support community integration for individuals in Jefferson programs.
• Transport clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area).
• Complete and maintain accurate reports; keep a clean and safe environment.
