Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking DSPs and Caregivers (or CNAs) for our Jefferson-area programs. Responsibilities include planning recreational activities, assisting with daily living, and providing personal care to adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check
• Available to attend paid training in Jefferson, WI
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Provide personal care and support community integration in Jefferson programs.
• Transport clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area) as needed.
• Complete and maintain accurate reports; keep a clean and safe environment.
