Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin in Jefferson, WI is seeking DSPs, Caregivers, or CNAs to support adults with developmental disabilities. You will plan activities, provide daily living assistance, and help with community integration in Jefferson and surrounding areas.

No prior experience? Our training program trains you to become CBRF-certified, with pay during training and a comprehensive benefits package. Sleep-in options and daily pay are highlighted in the benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide personal care and support daily living activities.
• Must maintain confidentiality and complete required trainings.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo background check.
• Ability to transport clients locally in Jefferson/Fort Atkinson area.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities and daily living tasks.
• Provide personal care to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Transport clients locally.
• Submit accurate reports and maintain a clean, safe environment.
