Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking DSPs and Caregivers (C.N.A.) in Jefferson, WI and surrounding areas to support adults with developmental disabilities in daily living and recreation.

You will deliver personal care, teach activities, and help with community integration across Jefferson and nearby communities. Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check.
• Available to attend paid training in Jefferson, WI.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Provide personal care and support community integration.
• Transport clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area).
• Complete and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
