Hope Residence at The Lutheran Home Association is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide direct care and support in a residential setting for adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Roles include PM shifts with premium rate, and weekend/holiday coverage where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals served.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Monitor and maintain the health and safety of individuals.
• Observe, document, and report behavioral, medical, and program-related concerns to supervisors.
• Implement behavior support plans and de-escalation strategies as needed.
• Support medication administration as trained and authorized.
• Participate in community outings, recreational activities, and social experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
• Promote person-centered practices that respect individual rights, choices, and independence.

DSPs support daily living needs, promote independence, and ensure the health, safety, and dignity of each person served.
