ViaQuest is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. No experience is required as training is provided, including CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration courses.

Full-time benefits include medical, vision, dental, disability and life insurance, 401k, PTO and holiday pay. The role offers paid training, paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, annual pay increases, and a variety of schedules.

Qualificações

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest’s Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
• Personal vehicle to transport individuals is required.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities — our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.
• Companion care / Caregiving

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
