Job summary

Family Partners of Minnesota is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, personal care, and meal preparation. You will support clients in pursuing personal goals, implementcare plans and monitor progress, and help them participate in recreational and social activities within a nurturing team environment.

We value compassionate caregivers who can document changes, provide emotional support, and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required or preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pass background checks and training requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in the healthcare or social services field is a plus.
• Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client-centered care.
• Must pass background checks and training requirements.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
