Job summary

Family Partners of Minnesota in Kasson, MN is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities with daily living and personal care.

You will implement individualized support plans, accompany clients to appointments, and help build independence through patient, respectful care.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in direct care, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Willingness to complete required DSP training and certifications.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and assisting with mobility.

Responsibilities
