Qualifications

• Experience as a Direct Support Professional or in a similar role.
• Ability to mentor and support individuals in daily living activities.
• Comfort with documentation of daily activities and plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centered supports and services geared to each individual’s goals.
• Perform personal care tasks including hygiene, grooming, feeding and movement.
• Document services such as daily activities and plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Summary – Find Your Purpose And Passion

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) mentors and supports individuals with a variety of disabilities in daily living activities, essential life skills and community engagement experiences. You have the flexibility to work part time or full time. Starting wage is $18 per hour, based on experience. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm.

Job Responsibilities – Be Part Of An Extraordinary Supportive Community

• Enjoy working as part of a team and independently to provide innovative, person-centered supports and services geared to each individual’s goals
• Perform personal care tasks, including assistance with basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, movement, toileting and health-related tasks
• Learn how to document services provided, such as daily activities, Individual Abuse Prevention plans, Individual Program plans and assessments
• Other reasonable, related duties as assigned by the supervisor or other management staff
