Dungarvin seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver to provide direct support and guidance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities. You will empower clients to live independently with dignity, offering hands-on assistance, positive direction, and daily living support.

This role requires a valid driver's license, a patient and team-oriented attitude, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• 18 years or older.
• Background clearance required.
• Good reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.

Job Description

What You Get To Do:

ADirect Support Professional (DSP) caregiverprovides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual &developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.

Qualifications
