Job summary

UTZ Brands, Inc. is seeking a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Warehouse Lead in Chesapeake, VA to manage the DSD DC operations and support the sales management team. The role requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, leadership ability, and proficiency with ERP systems such as D365.

The position emphasizes inventory integrity, route coverage, and coordination with DSD staff to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Strong organizational skills and forklift capability are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a DSD DC
• Experience leading and directing others
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and basic math
• Experience with ERP systems such as D365 is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the DSD DC.
• Assigns daily tasks to the DSD Warehouse Utilities team.
• Trains new DSD warehouse staff and maintains inventory integrity.
• Receives, stores, loads, and ensures accurate/quality product handling.
• Unloads trailers and verifies load accuracy.
• Balances inventory using handheld devices; manages returns and stock.
• Maintains organized, clean warehouse and supports route coverage.
• Delivers products to customers and merchandises accounts as directed.
• Supports month-end inventory counts and flags discrepancies.
