Job summary

Iberia Foods is seeking a Route Sales Representative in Houston to manage a 10-18 customer route with weekly or biweekly visits. You will sell, deliver, and maintain relationships while promoting products across a network including Walmart, HEB, and local retailers.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a non-CDL license, and 1+ year of sales experience in DSD. Competitive pay with commissions is offered, plus benefits and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Non-CDL driver’s license.
• Clean background check.
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in DSD (Direct Store Delivery).
• Experience working in small-to-mid-sized DSD companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver products to customers while maintaining strong relationships.
• Represent the company professionally in the market and ensure a 100% weekly service efficiency rate.
• Monitor product rotation to maintain freshness and quality.
• Develop customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate and lead in-store promotional activities.
• Use the sales toolkit to maximize customer potential.
• Retain existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
