Job summary

RiteFill DSD, part of Ethnix Group, seeks a motivated Sales Representative / Driver to expand our Hispanic food and beverage market in the Nashville, TN area. You will develop customer relationships, promote our portfolio, and deliver products to local retailers, while maintaining inventory and meeting KPIs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, sales experience (DSD preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, preferably in Direct Store Delivery (DSD), food and beverage, or consumer goods.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, present products, and close sales.
• Basic math skills for handling payments, sales settlements, and inventory.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, spreadsheets, and internet-based platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
