DSD Driver & Sales - Ritefill (Cooler)# DSD Driver & Sales - Ritefill (Cooler)St. Louis, MO - IL - Cahokia Heights, IL 62207-1378## OverviewJob ShiftDay Shift## Description## About the PositionAre you passionate about sales, customer service, and Hispanic food and beverage products?RiteFill DSD, part of Ethnix Group, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused **DSD Hispanic Food & Beverage Sales Representative / Driver** to join our team in the Nashville, TN area.In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, growing sales, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering our products to local retailers, including gas stations, convenience stores, and mini-markets.You will manage your own sales route and help ensure customers receive excellent service while our products are properly stocked, displayed, and promoted.## What You'll Do* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.* Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.* Promote and sell our Hispanic food and beverage product portfolio.* Deliver products safely and on time using a company-provided vehicle.* Manage truck inventory, product loading, and daily sales settlements.* Ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and promoted at customer locations.* Meet sales goals, budgets, and performance targets (KPIs).* Address customer questions and resolve complaints professionally.* Maintain the company vehicle and follow all safety procedures.* Provide customers with knowledgeable recommendations about Latin American food and beverage products.## What We're Looking For* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* Previous experience in sales, preferably in Direct Store Delivery (DSD), food and beverage, or consumer goods.* Valid driver's license and a good driving record.* Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.* Ability to identify sales opportunities, present products, and close sales.* Basic math skills for handling payments, sales settlements, and inventory.* Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, spreadsheets, and internet-based platforms.* Ability to communicate effectively in English.* Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.## Physical & Work Requirements* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently.* Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.* Comfortable working in different weather conditions and warehouse environments, including refrigerated areas.* Must wear appropriate closed-toe safety footwear; steel-toe or composite-toe shoes may be required depending on the work area.* Must be available to work weekends when scheduled and maintain reliable attendance.## Why Join Us?Join a growing team where you can build customer relationships, develop your sales skills, and contribute directly to business growth in the Hispanic food and beverage market.## Important Employment InformationEmployment is contingent upon completing a drug screening and background check.
